What are your greatest achievements/ accomplishments?

To answer this question, you need to answer in such a way that they’re meaningful and relevant to the to the job position you are applying to.

Don’t say that you have ran 25Kms. This is irrelevant in a programming interview.

The interviewer needs to see how your accomplishments benefits them.

You can point out your accomplishments related to:

1. Growing revenue.

2. Solving complex problem.

3. Keeping old clients and getting new business form them.

4. Training junior developers and making them capable.

For fresher you can write about internship, any certifications related to your job is a good addition.
